Riders will still experience the heart-pounding outdoor race sequence, reaching speeds of up to 65 MPH—the fastest at Disney World—while navigating an upgraded course designed to excite and inspire. This reimagined attraction promises to combine the magic of Disney with the thrill of high-speed innovation like never before.
Exciting news for Bluey fans everywhere! Starting in 2025, you’ll finally be able to meet everyone’s favorite blue heeler in person. Bluey is making her grand debut at Disney World, Disneyland and on Disney Cruise Line sailings, bringing the charm of the hit Australian series to life. While exact park locations are still under wraps, anticipation is already through the roof. The global sensation, which reigns as the most-watched series on Disney+, continues to win hearts worldwide. Plus, in an incredible partnership between BBC Studios and The Walt Disney Company, fans can look forward to a Bluey blockbuster film hitting theaters in 2027—marking a thrilling new chapter for the beloved series.
In 2025, Disney will sunset “It's Tough to Be a Bug!” attraction with “Zootopia: Better Zoogether,” a new 3D film inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios’ 2016 animated film, Zootopia. The original “It's Tough to Be a Bug!” attraction dates back to the opening day of Disney's Animal Kingdom, April 22, 1998. Set to debut late in 2025, the new Disney attraction will feature Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde and more favorites from the animated film as they tour the city. The newly revamped live musical will feature a new show inspired by the 1989 Walt Disney Animation Studios classic, with Disney promising “stunning new set pieces, cutting-edge effects, and a bold new design that captures Ariel’s imagination and emotions through her unique view of the world around her.” Musical numbers from the iconic animated film will include “Part of Your World,” “Poor Unfortunate Soul” and “Kiss the Girl.”
