With more than 20 years of experience in Financial Services, Trina Bowden leads distribution efforts for the Banking department at AAA – The Auto Club Group. In this role, her primary focus is partnering with agents across all sales distribution channels to provide product education, training and support.
As a TEDx speaker and John Maxwell Co certified coach, Trina uses her leadership experience in sales, community outreach and team performance to teach others how to follow their passion and achieve results. She is known for her creative planning ability, engaging activities and passion to make a difference! Trina has also served as the founding ERG Lead for the Emerging Professionals Employee Resource Group with the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and currently remains active in the group as a DEI Champion, both within and outside of the organization.
Trina has been a part of the AAA family for 17 years, starting her career as a frontline insurance sales agent in the Spring Hill, FL AAA office and moving up with increasing levels of responsibility in management and operations. During Chris’s 39-year financial service career, he has held many high-level positions -both in the field & corporate offices. CPW Consulting LLC provided recruiting, marketing and training resources to insurance agencies, planning firms, and large producer groups, as well as provided performance coaching to Sales Representatives. Chris was ING’s Manager of Life Training & Education for all five distribution channels, Assistant Managing Partner for Frommer & Associates, an individual product lines external wholesaler and Sales Manager for Minnesota Life/Securian, Manager of Advisor Market Development for Securian, & WestCoast Life’s Director of Marketing Support.
Chris is a Past President of the Twin Cities Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals as well as a Past National Board Member. He chaired their National Membership Growth Task Force, the Branding Task Force & was Chair of the Leadership & Management Professional Interest Section. Chris served as a moderator for the Society’s Chapter Leadership Conferences for 7 years. He spoke at the first Professional Leadership Symposium, several Society audio conferences and during the Montreal and Las Vegas Forum’s Leadership & Management sessions. A past member of LIMRA’s Diversity Marketing Committee and Women’s Market Study Group, GAMA, Board Member of Securian’s Agency Management Resource Group where he held the Marketing Chair. He has been published in National Underwriter, the GAMA Journal, numerous company publications, as well as countless sales and marketing training appearances via audio, video, teleconference, webinar and live training.

Steve brings over 35 years of trust experience to Auto Club Trust. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a BBA in Finance from Western Michigan University. Steve’s advanced studies include graduation from the National Trust School at Northwestern University and Cannon Financial Institute’s Estate Administration Program at Notre Dame University. His volunteer work includes strategic planning, finance and investment management consulting for a number of charitable organizations and nonprofits. Steve has been with Auto Club Trust, FSB since 2004 and holds the position as Chief Trust Officer.
