AAA Motorcycle Benefits

Flex Benefits

Motorcycle benefits can be added to any AAA Membership on an individual basis. Motorcycle members are covered as a driver or passenger on any motorcycle.

Motorcycle Towing

This service lets you enjoy tows for your motorcycle, in addition to your current towing roadside service.  When your motorcycle cannot be started or safely driven, it will be transported without charge to a destination of your choice up to 100 miles from the point of breakdown.

Motorcycle Fuel Delivery

A sufficient amount of fuel may be delivered at no charge to enable you to reach the nearest service station. If this service fails to make your motorcycle operable, the extended towing benefit will apply.

Motorcycle Locksmith Services

You may receive reimbursement up to $75 for motorcycle locksmith services. Reimbursement covers the cost of replacing a lost or broken key.

Motorcycle Trailer Assistance

Motorcycle trailers are also covered for roadside assistance whether your motorcycle is riding on one or pulling one. The towing benefit, air for tires, extrication/winching and locksmith services are all available for your motorcycle trailers.

Motorcycle Travel Interruption

If the motorcycle you are riding breaks down, is stolen or cannot be driven due to a collision 100 miles or more from your home, reimbursement of up to $1,000 will be provided for eligible expenses for up to 72 hours from the time of the incident.

Motorcycle Extrication / Winching Service

If your motorcycle becomes stuck in the mud, sand, snow or a ditch, it will be extricated when it can be safely reached from a normally traveled or established thoroughfare. A second truck and operator for one hour may be available to assist at the scene of disablement. If the motorcycle is not operable after extrication, the extended towing benefit will apply.

Air for Tires

Air will be provided for your motorcycle tires. If this service fails to make your bike operable, the extended towing benefit will apply.

The AAA Motorcycle product is optional service, which extends present Roadside Assistance and AAA Benefits to include motorcycles when added to any level of membership.

Motorcycle service can be added to Classic, Plus, Premier, Plus RV or Premier RV. The annual dues and the benefits package are the same for all levels.

$35 per member.

The motorcycle product has exclusive benefits that enhance the current coverage. The most valuable benefit is the addition of roadside assistance calls to be used for motorcycle only. We also are providing free fuel, $75 locksmith services, trailer coverage for your motorcycles, added discounts and other exclusive benefits.

Yes. However, you will not get the enhanced benefits, including additional tows for your motorcycle.

AAA Motorcycle covers the member with additional roadside assistance calls just for their motorcycle. Included are towing up to 100 miles, delivering a sufficient amount of free fuel to enable the member to reach the nearest service station, air for their tires, a second truck and operator for up to one hour to assist at the scene in complicated extrication cases, and trailer coverage whether the bike is on a trailer or pulling one behind. Motorcycle members also are entitled to reimbursement up to $75 for locksmith services and up to $1,000 in Motorcycle Travel Interruption benefits. Certain restrictions apply to some of the benefits.

No. There is a three (3) day waiting period for members to be eligible to receive the enhanced road service benefits from time the plan is processed. However, other non-roadside assistance related benefits such as discounts, Trip Continuance, locksmith reimbursement, etc. are effective immediately.

Yes. In Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Puerto Rico we will dispatch service when you need it. If you need service outside this area, you will be reimbursed for covered road services provided to you.

Yes. Trailers must be for personal use only and licensed and registered. All loads on trailers must be properly secured. The motorcycle must be on the trailer or pulling one behind to be covered.

Cannot exceed trailer load maximum weight recommended by manufacturer. No trailers used for commercial purposes. If service is unavailable (due to size, weather, location, etc.), you have the option to seek your own service and submit receipts for reimbursement consideration.

Yes, as long as it is a registered vehicle with valid tags, it will be covered (e.g., Vespas, scooters, mopeds, etc.).

*AAA Motorcycle is optional coverage that extends AAA Roadside Assistance to include motorcycles, motorcycle trailers and trailers being pulled by motorcycles. AAA will dispatch vehicles to provide service to you on the road in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Puerto Rico. See AAA.com/MemberHandbook for details.

For service outside this territory, please submit receipts for qualified services acquired for reimbursement consideration.

Upon activation and with proper identification, AAA will provide regular AAA services and full privileges for the new member. Roadside benefits begin three days after payment of dues. Some restrictions apply.
