AAADrive™ Registration Process

Open SMS message you receive from AAA and click on the link.

First-time users will be directed to the appropriate app store to download the AAA Mobile app. Existing Users will be directed to the already-downloaded version of the app on their phone.

Existing users- Log into your account and skip to step 4.

First-time users - create your AAADrive account:

1. Verify the information as shown on the insurance tab.
2. Create your user ID and password.
3. Confirm your registration by the email sent from AAA.
4. Log in and click “Get Started” to go to the AAADrive dashboard.

Enable all permissions as suggested to ensure proper recording of the journeys.

Confirm your Driver’s License Number and Auto Policy Number.

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions and the AAADrive Discount Participation Agreement, then click Submit and Continue in order to start recording journeys.

Congratulations - You’ve successfully registered for AAADrive!

Start recording your journeys right away to meet the minimum requirements as described on AAA.com/MyAAADrive to retain your discount or save even more at renewal. If you have questions or need help with your app, visit (FAQ link) or contact us at 866-222-2273. (Option 3)
