Insurance

Step 1: Log into your account on AAA.com and then use the “Sign In” link.

Step 2: Click on View policy documents.

Step 3: Click on ID Cards for Proof of Insurance.

Step 3: Click on Renewal Doc to view.

Step 1: Go to AAA.com.

Step 2: Go to Drivers Safety.

Step 3: Go to view all.

Step 4: Click on AAA Drive, under the For Your Car section.

Step 1. Go to Manage paperless, on AAA.com under registered policies.

Step 2. Sign Paperless terms and conditions.

Step 3. Click Sign up option as YES.

Membership

Account Management

  • Creating a User ID and Password is part of setting up an online account. 
  • You can select the “Sign in” option at the top of most pages on the site to get started. 
  • From the sign in screen, select the “Create Your Account Now” option. 
  • You can create your account using your membership or insurance information. 
  • You’ll be able to add other products once you’ve created your account. 
  • To create your account using membership information, you’ll need your membership number. 
  • To create your account using insurance details, you’ll need your policy number and information as it appears on your bill. 
  • When you first create your account, you will be sent an activation email to confirm your email address. You must confirm your email address to activate your new account.

Step 1: Go to AAA.com 

Step 2: Navigate to the sign in at the top right corner

Step 3: Select “Create Your Account Now”

Step 4: Choose 1 or either, “Membership” or “Insurance” (if you only have one, select the one you have)

Step 5: If you selected Insurance complete the registration to include Policy number as it appears on your bill, First and Last name, your ZIP code

Step 6: Create a user ID (only containing letters numbers and underscore, between 6-20 characters & unique)

Step 7: Email address (verification email will be sent) Step 8: Confirm your email address

Step 9: Password (case sensitive); (must be between 6-99 characters, cannot be User ID, cannot contain your email)

Step 10: Confirm your password

Step 11: Select “Create Online Account

Step 12: You will receive an email verification

Step 13: Click the “Confirm Email Address” in your email

Step 14: Navigate to the home page on AAA.com and “Sign In

Step 1: Log into your account on AAA.com and then use the “Sign In” link.

Step 2: Once you are in your account settings, Click on the “change email address” link under the “Contact & Profile Information” box.

Step 3: Update email address and save.

  • You can add a vehicle, replace a vehicle or remove a vehicle online. 
  • Add and edit existing drivers. (Note: certain changes will still require an agent for existing drivers) 
  • Edit vehicle coverages.

Step 1: Log into your account on AAA.com and then use the “Sign In” link.

Step 2: Once you are in your account settings, Click on the “change address” link under the “Contact & Profile Information” box.

Step 3: Update address and save.

Step 2: Click on your profile.

Step 3: Under contact information click on edit next to your phone number.

Step 4: Update and save.

2. If it’s a technical situation where you can’t log in using your user ID or password and need the account deleted, please email our technical support team ICMemberRelations@acg.aaa.com (include name, membership number, and user ID only) and you can call 1-877-736-7813.

Payment/Billing

Step 1: Log into your account on AAA.com and then use the “Sign In” link.

Step 2: Click on billing/payments.

Step 3: You can view all billing related issues here and verify last payment made.

Step 1: Under My Insurance, select Billing and Payments.

Step 2: Under bill amount, please select Pay Now. (if paying multiple bills select combine payments- each bill will receive a separate receipt, this is not applicable to membership)

Step 3: Note: If making a payment on an automatic deduction (EFT) policy, you can only pay the policy balance and not partial amounts to stop the deduction.

To view all late fees that could be associated with your account, you can review the pages associated with your invoice or click Registered Users Sign On.

Step 1: Go to My Insurance (Choose between Auto and Home depending on which policies you have.)

Step 2: Select Billing and Payments.

Step 3: Select Billing and Payments again.

Step 4: Select Payment Plan.

Step 5: Select Edit Payment Plan.

Note:  Cannot change between EFT sent and EFT received dates. (needs to be change at least 3 days prior to that ex. If it will be sent on the 10th of the month, the update needs to be made by the 6th of the month)

Website/ Online Experience

Step 1: Log into your account on AAA.com and then use the “Sign In” link. (located in the top right corner of AAA.com)

Step 2: Select Create New Online Account.

Step 3: Select the Insurance tab to fill out your insurance information.

Step 1: Create your account, go to AAA.com, select Sign in, then select Create New Account online, select membership tab and complete information.

Step 2: You will receive an email that contains an activation link, use the link to confirm your email.

Step 3: To access insurance self-service, Sign in with new username and password, once logged in go to My Insurance section on the main account page.

Step 4: Select the policy type and enter your policy number as it appears on your statement. (use caps for the letters ex AUT, HOM, or PUP)

Step 5: Once the policy is registered, you will see my account and will immediately be able to view your insurance.

Step 1: Download AAA app.

Step 2: Log in with username and password.

Step 1: When logged in on the app click the “More” Option.

Step 2: Go to My Account.

Step 3: Click Change User ID/Password.

Step 4: Click Change Password.

Step 5: Update password.

Step 1: Download AAA app from your App Store (Google Apps or Apple)

Step 2: Enter your ZIP Code.

Step 3: Create your account, go to AAA.com, select Sign in, then select Create New Account online, select membership tab and complete information.
