DAILY ITINERARY:

Embark on the Rhapsody of the Seas® for the start of an incredible vacation!

When you’re not attending breast cancer awareness events, indulge in some “me time” at VitalitySM at Sea Spa and Fitness Center. Discover new culinary favorites like Italian culinary creations at Giovanni’s Table and a Far East feast at Izumi.

Cozumel is an ocean paradise offering great diving, snorkeling and under the water marine life encounters. Take a trip to the Chankanaab Adventure Beach Park and see manatee and crocodile exhibitions, a sea lion show, discover snuba and seatrek tours and swim with dolphins. Add an ancient component to your Yucatan adventure with excursions to the Mayan sites at Chichen Itza and Tulum.

Off the northern coast of Honduras lies a mecca for divers and snorkelers. Between the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef and numerous shipwrecks just off the coast, there is plenty to explore beneath the waves. On land, the Gumbalimba Preservation Park is teeming with wild monkeys, parrots, iguanas, and more. Get a bird’s-eye view of the island and get your adrenaline pumping with a zip line adventure.

The huge Belize Barrier Reef offers spectacular diving, snorkeling, and fishing. Take a boat to Ambergris Caye or Rendezvous Caye. At Lighthouse Reef Atoll, the famous Blue Hole plunges 400 feet deep. Explore the history of the Mayan ruins. At Altun Ha, climb the 60-foot Temple of the Sun God. Shop for jade, which makes beautiful jewelry. Distinctive arts and crafts also include watercolors, baskets, turquoise jewelry, and black slate carvings.

Costa Maya boasts beautiful beaches, which is ideal for divers and snorkelers alike who enjoy exploring the beautiful Banco Chinchorro coral reef that lies just off the coast. History buffs will love exploring the lesser-known Mayan ruins, Cacchoben and Kohunlich; meanwhile there’s something for everyone at the new shopping mall, which also features a central plaza with saltwater pools and ‘swim-up’ bars.

Unwind and recharge at the Spa and dine in one of the many distinctive restaurants with menus crafted by a Michelin-starred chef. There are so many wonderful activities onboard and something for everyone to enjoy.

Disembark the ship for your onward journey, taking with you, unforgettable memories!
