DAILY ITINERARY:

Today our winter adventure begins as you arrive at the Salt Lake Airport. Take the local hotel shuttle to your hotel. Plan to arrive by 1:00 PM. At 2:30 PM, meet your tour guide and depart on a motor coach tour of Salt Lake City including all the highlights. This evening there is a group Welcome Dinner. (D)

Hilton Garden Inn or similar – 1 night

Today visit Temple Square, where we will have a chance to hear the world-famous Mormon Tabernacle Choir's weekly broadcast performance. *Later sit back and enjoy the scenery as we drive past the Great Salt Lake and over Targhee Pass to West Yellowstone, the western gate of our nation's first national park. (B, D)

Kelly Inn or similar, West Yellowstone, MT – 2 nights

This morning experience Yellowstone National Park, America's oldest and most famous national park. Board a heated, luxurious snow coach and travel in style moving easily across the snow while listening to the insights of an experienced Yellowstone guide. Visit some of the famous landmarks including Firehole Falls, Fountain Paint Pots and the world's most famous geyser, Old Faithful. There will be plenty of time to witness Old Faithful's dramatic display, have your included box lunch, and explore the area. This afternoon return to West Yellowstone with additional picture stops along the way. (B, Box Lunch)

Enjoy a beautiful winter day as you depart West Yellowstone and travel to Jackson located at the base of the rugged Teton Mountains. After free time for lunch, enjoy a fantastic experience at the National Elk Refuge, winter home to thousands of elk. Get a close-up view as you take a horse-drawn sleigh ride right into the massive herd. Return to Jackson and enjoy the rest of the evening on your own exploring this quaint town. (B)

The Rockwell Inn or similar, Jackson, WY – 1 night 

Depart Jackson and travel through stunning scenery to Utah Olympic Park near Park City. Enjoy a guided tour of this amazing facility that hosted events for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games and continues to host World Cup events. You will see the Utah Ski and Olympic Museum, three Nordic Jumps along with the Bobsled and Luge Track. Return to Salt Lake City for a spectacular Farewell Dinner. (B, D)

Hilton Garden Inn Downtown or similar, Salt Lake City, UT – 1 night

After breakfast, transfer to the Salt Lake Airport using the complimentary airport shuttle. As you travel home, remember all the wonderful memories and friends you have met on your fabulous Yellowstone in Winter vacation! (B)
